Before Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao hit the ring on Saturday night for the biggest fight in the past 40 years, they must hit the scales to make it official.  Both fighters will have to make 147 on the dot since the fight is for Mayweather’s WBC and WBA and Pacquiao ‘s WBO title.
