PBC: Dirrell-DeGale nets 0.85 overnight rating

As reported by Sports TV Ratings and Showbuzz Daily, the Saturday afternoon rendition of Premier Boxing Champions, PBC on NBC, Andre Dirrell vs. James DeGale netted an overnight rating of 0.85 which is nearly identical to the 0.9 overnight rating a card on PBC drew on May 9th on CBS.

The ratings continue a trend of downward trajectory as over the course of the last three events PBC has gone from a 1.1 to 0.9 to 0.85, which is not a huge loss of total viewers, but still still a trend. The next PBC card on NBC will be the weakest to date when Robert Guerrero takes on Aron Martinez which more than likely will continue the trend. The big question will be how the ratings recover during the June 20th Adrien Broner vs. Shawn Porter bout which should see an renewed interest.
