Curtis Stevens extends contract with Main Events

Curtis “Showtime” Stevens (27-5, 20 KOs) the 30-year old middleweight from Brownsville, Brooklyn has signed a new promotional deal with Main Events. Stevens found new life in his career since signing with the promotional outfit, Main Events in February 2013. Stevens has had a highly successful two years in terms of his monetizing his value with the promotion as he picked up a regional title against Saul Roman, had a thrilling come from behind victory over Tureano Johnson along with getting stopped by Gennady Golovkin for the WBA Middleweight World Championship on HBO and fighting to a draw with Gabriel Rosado on  DirecTV’s BKB.

Stevens had only this to say about his new deal, “Time to become champ!”
