Charlo, Spence win on NBC

IBF junior middleweight champion Jermall Charlo (23-0, 18 KOs) scored a fourth round KO over Wilky Campfort (21-2, 12 KOs) in the first defense of his belt on Saturday at the Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas. Charlo easily introduced Campfort to the canvas three times in  rounds two, three and four before the bout was stopped in the fourth round.

Unbeaten world rated welterweight Errol Spence Jr (19-0, 16 KOs) scored a sixth round KO over Alejandro Barrera (28-2, 18 KOs). In the early part of the fight Barrera seemingly handed a lot of overhand rights, more so then one might have hoped. Spence stayed calm and landed a big shot that dropped Barrera in the fifth, in the next round Spence was stopped by the referee standing.

Super welterweight Erickson “The Hammer” Lubin (13-0, 10 KOs) destroyed Alexis Camacho (21-6, 19 KO) in just 2 rounds. Lubin dropped Camacho the first round then put him out in the second round with a check right hook.

Super lightweight John Molina Jr (27-6, 23KO) earned a 3rd round TKO of Jorge Romero (24-10, 21KO). Super lightweights Eddie Ramirez (12-0, 8KO) and Bilal Mahasin (7-2-1, 1KO) went toe to toe over in a televised swing bout that ITRBoxing.com scored a draw. The judges scored the bout 77-75 twice and 78-4 for Ramirez
