According to ESPN.com, Roc Nation Sports and HBO are working on bringing Andre Ward back on July 9th or July 16th at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA. Apparently, the more realistic date is the 16th which would be one week before the Terence Crawford-Viktor Postol pay-per-view.

This bout would be Ward’s final bout before facing Sergey Kovalev at the end of the year, if both fighters win their next bout. Kovalev recently announced that he will be fighting Isaac Chilemba on July 11 in Russia.

Per the report on ESPN.com, Vyachelslav Shabraskyy has been offered the fight.
