Hector Tanajara ready for return on Wednesday night

Earlier this Hector Tanajara caught up with ITRBoxing.com to talk about his career.

“It’s cool to see [at Robert Garcia Boxing Academy] a lot of people fighting on HBO, big cards it motivates you to want to work hard.”

Tanajara, who spars with the likes of Mikey Garcia, Michael Perez and Saul Rodriguez is ready to get another shot tomorrow in LA to make people who don’t know who he is, aware of his presence in the 130 lbs. division.

Tanajara who is fighting this Wednesday as part of the 7th annual “Big Fighters, Big Cause” charity boxing night. Tanajara is the co-main event as he is facing veteran tough guy Francisco Medel, who came in two pounds over weight.

The event which is promoted by Golden Boy Promotions will take place at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood, CA with all the proceed from the event going towards the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation and their mission to fund research towards pediatric type 1 & 2 diabetes and to help children live healthier lives.
