Stevenson-Williams Jr card set for July 29th

WBC light heavyweight champion Adonis “Superman” Stevenson (27-1, 22 KOs) will defend his title for the seventh time against Thomas “Top Dog” Williams Jr. (20-1, 14 KOs) on July 29 at Centre Videotron in Quebec City.

Stevenson has been out of the ring since last year and will defend his title for the first time of the year. On the other hand, Williams Jr. has bounced back from his lone career loss to Gabriel Campillo by defeating Edwin Rodriguez on Fox.

The co-main event will feature the mandatory of the main event (WBC #1 contender) Eleider Alvarez (19-0, 10 KOs) taking on Maximiliano Gomez (22-5, 9 KOs). Other fighters in action are welterweight Custio Clayton (8-0, 7 KOs), heavyweight Eric Martel Bahoeli (11-6, 7 KOs), welterweight Junior Ulysse (10-0, 7 KOs) and welterweight Marie Eve Dicaire (4-0) in separate fights.
