Daniel Franco-Jose Haro fight for vacant regional title in D.C.

Undefeated prospect Daniel “Twitch” Franco, (14-0-3, 9 KOs) faces Jose Haro (13-1-1, 7 KOs) for the vacant IBF-USBA featherweight title on Thursday, November 10 in Washington, D.C. in the 10-round main event of “Fight Night” at the Washington Hilton.

The hard-hitting Franco returns to the ring following a convincing fifth round knockout of Marcello Gallardo on August 6 in Oakland, California on the undercard of Andre Ward vs. Alexander Brand.

Franco is currently signed to Roc Nation Sports.

The 29-year-old Haro is currently riding a five fight winning streak, most recently, knocking out Sergio Najera on July 16 in Layton, Utah. His only loss came to then undefeated top prospect Toka Khan Clary in a six-round unanimous decision on June 14, 2014 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Haro also was shot in the leg a year or so ago after defending his girlfriend in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
