Jose Ramirez returns next week in Fresno, Ca

WBC Continental Americas champion and undefeated hometown champion Jose Ramirez (18-0, 13 KOs) will take on his toughest most rugged opponent Gabriel ‘Tito’ Bracero (24-3, 5 KOs) of Brooklyn, N.Y. to headline a Top Rank championship event at the Save Mart Center on Friday, December 2.

Bracero who scored the 2015 knockout of the year by brutally stopping Danny O’Connor was lost in action losing a decisive , but close decision to two-time world champion Paulie Malignaggi.

Ramirez on the other hand is overseas helping Manny Pacquiao train for his fight with Jessie Vargas and is hoping to match or even top his last bout at the Save-Mart Center which was a sell-out of 13,100.

The card will also feature a grudge match for the California State middleweight title as Top Rank middleweight Joe Louie Lopez will face Quilsto “Kilo the Kid” Madera in a fight that has gotten a lot of pre-fight hype and trash talk (see video below).

Super welterweight and Fresno local Saul Lomas will fight for a regional title against Pablo Sanchez on the undercard as well as Tulare’s Daniel Valdivia will face Aaron Garcia in undercard attractions

The rest of the undercard is as follows as Top Rank’s Esquiva Falcao will take on Gerardo Ibarra, lightweight Bryan Lua will make his pro debut against Manuel Lopez, Isidro Ochoa will also make his pro debut against Oscar Mendoza.

The Top Rank card will be televised nationally on Solo Boxeo Unimas.
