Naoya Inoue (14-0 11KOs) made his U.S. debut against Antonio Nieves at the StubHub Center in Carson, CA.

Inoue controlled the action from the onset, Nieves was game and had moments, but just was outgunned. Inoue dropped Nieves with a left hook to the body in the fifth round.

The fight was called off at the end of the sixth round.
