Carlos Takam has replaced Kubrat Pulev as the IBF mandatory challenger for Anthony Joshua at Principality Stadium in Cardiff on October 28.

Pulev, a heavyweight who had only lost to Wladimir Klitschko was injured in sparring and forced to pull out with a shoulder injury.

Takam, a game veteran who lacks his marquee win or signature win will now get the biggest fight of his career.
