Light heavyweight Mike Guy of El Dorado Hills, California defeated previously unbeaten Marco Delgado of Turlock, California by way of a split decision in the co-main event of an Uppercut Promotions from the DoubleTree in Sacramento, Ca.

The judges scored the bout 57-56, 57-56 for Guy and once 55-58 for Delgado.

In other results, David Melgoza picked up a six-round decision over Federico Malespina winning 60-54 on all three scorecards.

Featherweight Ivan Vergara of Vacaville, Ca, picked up a majority decision win over Guadalupe Arroyo, winning with the scores of 60-54 on two cards while one judge saw it 57-57.

Pro debut super lightweight Jonathan Rubio, who trains out of Nor-Cal Speed with Brian Russell, picked up a second-round TKO over Phillip Percy. The time of the stoppage was 2:47.

Pro debut David Minter picked up a fourth-round TKO over Somethonit Phoumychack. The time was 1:07.
