Oscar Valdez vs Jason Sanchez undercard in place for Reno, Nevada card

Oscar Valdez will look to make the sixth defense of his WBO featherweight title as he faces Jason Sanchez in the main event of a Top Rank card taking place July 8th in Reno, Nevada, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, and broadcast worldwide on ESPN.

The co-main event features bluechip lightweight Gabriel Flores Jr. returning one month after his historic homecoming in Stockton, Ca, recording a knockout of the year contender. On June 8th, Flores Jr. will face Salvador Briceno, more than likely the toughest opponent of Flores Jr’s career in Flores Jr.’s first eight-round bout.

Also featured on the card will be light heavyweight contender Michael Seals taking on Christopher Brooker in a 10-round bout, super featherweight Andy Vences of San Jose, California will put his undefeated record on the line against fellow unbeaten fighter Albert Bell in a 10-round bout, 2016 Olympic gold medalist Robson Conceicao who is campigning at featherweight will face veteran Carlos Ruiz and the card will begin with a very good local fight between Diego Elizondo, a fighter often on Reno, Nevada cards, taking Sergio Vega, an undefeated puncher from the Sacramento, Ca area.
