Sergey Kovalev, Dmitry Bivol win on HBO

WBO light heavyweight champion Sergey “Krusher” Kovalev (33-2-1, 28 KOs) scored a seventh round TKO over Igor Mikhalkin (21-2, 9 KOs) on Saturday night at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Kovalev battered and bruised Mikhalkin until a merciful end came in the seventh round.
