Casey Morton went against home town favorite Carla Itzayari in Tijuana, Mexico. Despite a dominant performance the judges ruled the bout a draw which left those in the stands confused. Morton was landing her punches cleanly and using her jab to control the range as she appeared in control of the whole bout. The judges saw the bout  36-40 Morton with the other two judges scoring the bout 38-38 resulting in a controversial draw.

Richmond, CA’s Luis Garcia was the highlight of the card defeating hometown favorite Ramon Palma in a spectacular knockout within the first ten seconds of the round.

In other action, Oakland’s Tony Hirsch picked up a win and as well internet sensation and Andre Berto sparring partner Troy King also earned a victory.
