The annual Rural Rumble took place at the Churchill County Fair Grounds in Fallon, Nevada this past Saturday, August 12th. The main event saw Reno, Nevada flyweight Oscar “Chapito” Vasquez (14-1 3KOs) pick up a ten round unanimous decision win over Javier Gallo ( 24-14-1, 12 KOs).

The youngest ever fighter signed to Top Rank Inc, lightweight Gabriel Flores Jr. (3-0 2KOs) picked a dominant 4-round decision over Jorge Padron (1-1 1KO). The scores were 40-36 on all three cards.

Carson City, Nevada lightweight Diego Elizondo (1-0) picked up a win by way of decision over Chandler Clements (0-1) in a 4-round bout.

Lightweight Pedro Moreno (7-0 5KOs) of Sacramento, CA improved to his record with an impressive 3rd KO as he dropped Curtis Niko Morton (5-8-4 1KO) and then stopped him moments later.
Middleweight Quilisto “Kilo the Kid” Madera (7-0 4KOs) of Stockton, CA brutally knocked out Austin Marcum in a scheduled four round bout in the second round.
