Former bantamweight world champion Juan Carlos Payano (19-1, 9 KOs) scored a ten round workman-like unanimous decision over Alexis Santiago (21-5-1, 8 KOs) on Tuesday night at Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas.

The bout saw Payano show his world class boxing skills that simply left Santiago lost in the ring chasing him, Payano dominated from start to finish.

The judges saw the bout 100-90, 99-91, 99-91 all for Payano.

In a battle of lightweights, Ladarius Miller (14-1, 4 KOs) picked up a decision over Jamel Herring (16-2, 9 KOs) over ten rounds.

The bout was back and forth with this reporter feeling Herring was slightly getting the better of the action, but the judges disagreed with the judges scoring the bout 98-92, 97-93, 97-93 all for Miller.
