Top featherweight prospect Xavier Martinez of Sacramento, CA is now a promotional free agent according to a post he made today on Instagram. Martinez, who signed with Mayweather Promotions rougly two years ago has been largely inactive despite being in fight shape.

No word on where Martinez might end up.
