Steel City Interactive has announced the early access for it’s long awaited boxing video game, Undisputed, will be available in November. The early access will be available for three days only, in three hour blocks each day for PC via their Steam page. You can visit their official Steam page here.

Why Early Access?

“We believe creating a great boxing game requires a deep connection to the sport, community, and fans. Early Access provides that platform to ensure our vision delivers against player expectations.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We will release the full version of Undisputed when we feel it’s ready . That means achieving certain milestones and reaching a level of quality we feel is up to our standards and incorporates feedback from players . With that in mind, it can be tough to predict exactly how long Early Access will last. We plan to add additional content and features along the way, and that will take time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our development roadmap includes additional features that will be introduced over the course of Early Access. This includes Career Mode, Fighter Creation tools, additional boxers, and venues. We’ll provide more details about these features along the way.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access build of Undisputed features a core boxing gameplay experience we feel is fun and engaging and ready for player feedback. This includes both online and offline modes, a roster of over 50 boxers, and 7 venues to choose from. You will find a full list of features implemented for Early Access in the About This Game section below.
Since Undisputed is still in development, we expect to be fixing bugs and polishing the experience throughout Early Access, while providing a game that is stable and enjoyable to play.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to increase the price of the game as we progress through Early Access, adding more features and content, and responding to your feedback. Note that the price of the base game will only rise for new players, not for existing owners – so by joining our journey early you will save money.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We believe communication with players should be a two-way street. Over the last two years we’ve built an active community in Discord, where members of our team participate regularly. We also look forward to reading your feedback via our Steam forums and social media channels, as well as celebrating the awesome creations of our content creator community.”
