Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) comes to Bounce TV on Sunday, August 2 with the debut of the new monthly series, PBC – The Next Round. The series will function as in the manner ShoBox use to as it will focus solely on up and coming prospects in very tough, competitive fights.

The main event for the series premiere features WBA “undisputed” bantamweight champion Juan Carlos Payano (16-0, 8 KOs) against Rau’shee Warren (13-0, 4 KOs) at Full Sail Live on the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Both fighters are Olympians – Payano for the Dominican Republic and Warren is a three-time Olympian for the United States. Although Payano did slightly better then Warren in the Olympics winning two bouts over the course of two Olympic games, whereas Warren went to three Olympics without earning a single victory. Payano defeated Anselmo Moreno win the WBA title late last year.

Also featured is junior middleweight, Yudel Johnson (17-1, 9 KOs) who takes on the knockout machine Jorge Cota (24-1, 22 KOs) and John Jackson (19-2, 15 KOs) faces Dennis Laurente (49-5, 30 KOs). The winners of the two bouts will face-off will face off for a WBC eliminator bout.
