Paulie Malignaggi is returning to the ring on September 26 at Principe theater in Milan which I guess was announced a few weeks ago, but is news to me. Today his opponent was announced as Hungarian Laszlo Fazekas, who has fought professionally 50 times building a record of 27 wins (17 kos), 21 losses, 1 draw and 1 no-contest. Fazekas is essentially a journey man fighter who will serve as a farewell bout for Malignaggi’s career as Malignaggi has made it clear he wanted to fight once in Europe before his career is over.
