Top Rank 130 lbs. prospect Andy Vences(15-0 10KOs) from San Jose, CA will return to action July 9th at the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore, CA. The bout will more than likely be televised as Vences will face of Guadalajara, Mexico.
