Sergey Kovalev (30-0-1, 26 KOs) continues his reign as the lineal Light Heavyweight champion after picking up a unanimous decision victory Monday night. Sergey defended his WBA, WBC and IBF titles at the DIVS Sports Palace in Ekaterinburg, Russia, against a very game Isaac Chilemba. Chilemba picked up a couple of rounds as well, until he was dropped by a right hand from Kovalev in the seventh round. With the win, Kovalev inches closer to a showdown against Andre Ward.
