Reminder: Top Rank returns to Lemoore, CA on September 10th

Just a reminder one of the bigger fight cards around Northern California is taking place September 10th at the Tachi Palace in Lemoore, CA. The bout which will be televised by UniMas is headlined by Andy Ruiz Jr taking on Franklin Lawrence for the NABF heavyweight title with the co-main event being Ray Beltran taking on Tomas Mendez  in a lightweight bout.

The rest of the undercard features a healthy grouping of local talent as Canelo Alvarez sparring partner, junior middleweight Daniel Valdivia fights Gilberto Pereira dos Santos for the NABF junior super welterweight title. Local favorite Quilisto “Kilo the Kid” Madera, who was suppose to fight Joe Louie Lopez in a superfight of Fresno, CA, before Lopez was injured, will face last minute replacement Cameron Sevilla Rivera at middleweight. Fresno, CA welterweight Saul Lomas will face Josh Joseph in a step-up fight.

In other bouts, welterweight Arturo Marquez will face Curtis Waller, Sacramento, CA Olympic alternate Brent Venegas III will face Yezber Romero. The card will round up with Oakland Fight Camp’s welterweight Rudy Macedo of Novato, CA taking on TBA and Ector Madera of Stockton, CA also facing an opponent yet to be named.

The card is promoted by Top Rank with tickets available here with tickets ranging from $38 and $68 dollars.
