Oscar De La Hoya, days before promoting his first major fight card of 2017, has been arrested and is out on bail after being charged with a DUI (Driving Under the Influence).

The news which first broke on TMZ is rather alarming since he is promoting a fight with one of his companies biggest upcoming stars, Francisco Vargas.

De La Hoya was arrested in Pasadena, Ca.
