Jeff Horn stops Anthony Mundine in under two minutes

Jeff Horn made it a short night knocking out Anthony Mundine in less than two minutes on Friday night.

The former WBO welterweight champion caught Mundine with a left hook that hit Mundine’s guard, but still dropped him at 1:33 to go in their scheduled 12-round middleweight match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.

The bout seems to signal the end of the road Mundine, the former WBA super middleweight world champion, who is now 43-years-old and appears his best days in the sport of boxing are behind him.

For Horn, a quick flurry and quick finish all, but assures him another big fight against a top opponent, as Horn is silently building a resume over the course of his career.
