Undercard Results From Las Vegas

Televised Undercard:

Zhilei Zhang (24-0-1, 19 KOs) scored a huge first round knockout over Scott Alexander (16-5-2, 8 KOs). After a huge right hand, Scott was out before he even hit the canvas. Referee Robert Hoyle waived it off immediately.

Marc Castro (7-0, 5 KOs) picked up a six round unanimous decision victory over Pedro Vicente Scharbaai (7-5-1, 2 KOs). Scores were 60-54 on all three cards. The fight was uneventful, Castro battered Vicente around the ring throughout the bout. He did not seem to have much power behind any of his shots.

Shakhram Giyasov (13-0, 9 KOs) picked up an impressive unanimous decision victory over Christian Gomez (22-3-1, 20 KOs) with scores of 99-98, 99-88 and 98-89. Giyasov dropped Gomez in rounds one, eight and the tenth and final round. Gomez did land a big uppercut at the end of round eight that hurt Giyasov, but was able to recover between rounds.

Montana Love (18-0-1, 9 KOs) picked up a unanimous decision victory in a snoozer over Gabriel Gollaz Valenzuela (25-3-1, 15 KOs). The fight started off hot with both men trading knockdowns in the first two rounds, but it fell flat after that. The scores were 114-112 by all three judges for Love.
