In a light-heavyweight crossroads fight Sullivan Barrera (18-1, 13 KOs) picked up an empathic seventh round TKO over unbeaten Vyacheslav Shabranskyy (17-1, 14 KOs) on Friday night at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California. The bout saw multiple knockdowns including Shabranskyy getting dropped in round one, Barrera on the canvas on round two and Barrera dropped Shabranskyy again in round five and finished him with another knockdown in round seven. The fight was amongst one of the best fights of the  year.
