News broke late-last night via the ever popular website, FightHype.com, revealed that the Golden Boy Promotions lawsuit against Al Haymon has been thrown out. A U.S. District Judge in Los Angeles dismissed the 300 million dollar lawsuit saying that Haymon did not act as a “sham promoter”. The ugly trial was
