WBC super lightweight champion Danny Garcia has vacated his belt at 140 lbs. WBC head honcho Mauricio Sulaiman announced the Lucas Matthysse vs. Viktor Postol will fight for the now vacant title at a yet to be announced date.   Garcia has not defended the title since spring of last
