Jorge “El Niño De Oro” Linares (40-3, 27 KOs) has re-signed with Golden Boy Promotions to main the rights to his United States based fights. The contract allows for Linares to continue working with Teiken Promotions, a promotional entity which has helped his career greatly.

After the announcement, promoter Lou DiBella took a shot at Linares who was taken out of his WBC fight against DiBella’s fighter, Dejan Zlaticanin, who fights on June 11th for the interim WBC lightweight title. Below is Lou DiBella’s tweet
