Miguel Vazquez outpoints Erick Bone on FS1

Former lightweight champion Miguel “Titere” Vazquez (36-5, 13 KOs) who fought at a catchweight of 144 lbs. due to a last minute replacement in opponent scored an unanimous decision over Erick Bone (16-4, 8 KOs) on Saturday night at the Cowboys Dancehall in San Antonio, Texas. The fight played like most Vazquez fights technical and methodical with the judges scoring it 96-94, 99-91, 97-93 all for Vazquez.

Super bantamweight Brandon Figueroa (7-0, 5 KOs) and brother of Omar Figueroa Jr., scored a fifth round KO over Jonell Nieves (6-3, 4 KOs) in the televised swing bout.

Featherweight prospect Miguel Flores (20-0, 9 KOs) methodically picked up a ten round decision over Ruben Tamayo (24-9-4, 16 KOs) to start the broadcast. The judges saw the bout 100-90, 98-92, 98-92 all for Flores.
