Mikey Garcia, Kiryl Relikh win on Showtime

Junior welterweight pound-for-pound fighter Mikey Garcia (38-0, 30 KOs) is now a four-division world champion as he claimed the IBF junior welterweight title from Sergey Lipinets (13-1, 10 KOs) by twelve round unanimous decision on Saturday night at the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, Texas. Garcia sent Lipinets to the canvas in the seventh round as he cruised to a sound decision via 116-111, 117-110, 117-110.

 

Junior welterweight Kiryl Relikh (22-2, 19 KOs) can add the title to world title as he defeated two-division world champion Rances Barthelemy (26-1, 13 KOs), taking a twelve round unanimous decision to claim the vacant WBA super lightweight title. The judges saw it 117-110, 118-109 and 118-109.
