Alantez Fox headlines in DC this weekend

Alantez “SlyAza” Fox (25-1-1, 11 KOs) makes his return to the ring in his home town of Washington D.C. It will mark the first time in four years that Fox has fought in his home town. Fox is coming off of an eight round unanimous decision victory over Elvin Ayala last September, and is looking to get back into another active and successful year. In 2018 Fox only fought once after rebounding from a torn rotator cuff and suffering his first loss from current WBO Middleweight Champion, Demetrius Andrade. Looking to become a more active fighter in 2019, Fox begins his journey in the Super Middleweight division against Nick Brinson (19-4-2, 9 KOs) in a ten round bout.

The undercard is filled with plenty of local D.C talent including the professional debut of Taureen Venable. Tickets range from $50 to $150 and can be purchased at the door or via Ticketmaster.com.
