Middleweight Viacheslav Borshchev (2-0 1KO) of Sacramento, Ca defeated previously unbeaten Jorge Chavez (3-1 2KOs) of Fairfield, Ca in a four-round bout. Borshchev, who trains out of Team Alpha Male was the aggressor as Chavez was unable to keep his distance with a jab allowing Borschchev to fight at close quarters. In the second the two exchanged body shots in the pocket as punches were not missed by either. In the fourth round, Borschev dropped Chavez.
