Badou Jack on Pacquiao vs. Broner undercard, could face Marcus Browne

The criminally underrated light-heavyweight Badou Jack will return to action on January 19th on the undercard of Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jack last fought WBC light-heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson to a draw in a bout in which Stevenson looked to be all, but out of the fight until a late body shot saved Stevenson from losing the title to Jack.

This is Jack’s second draw in his last three fights as he also got a draw against James DeGale, who was the IBF super middleweight champion at the time, whereas Jack was the WBC super middleweight world champion.

Rumors are circulating that Marcus Browne will be the next in line to face Jack and given that Jack is ranked #1 and Browne #2 by WBA that the bout will more than likely be an eliminator to face WBA light heavyweight world champion Dmitry Bivol.

At this time, no official announcement has been made.
