This past week the ink was signed and it is official. Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz (22-2-1, 15 KOs) will go against Yuriorkis Gamboa (30-4, 18 KOs) on April 16th at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX. The fight will be on the undercard of Errol Spence vs. Yordenis Ugas. Both men are coming off losses, however, Cruz was in a very competitive fight against the top dog of the division, where as Gamboa has looked like a shell of his former self in his recent outings. It should be entertaining while it lasts at least, I don’t expect to see this one go to the scorecards.
