Alexander “The Great” Johnson will replace Doudou Ngumbu, who pulled out of a bout with Artur Beterbiev on the Friday, June 12 edition of Premier Boxing Champions on Spike event taking place at UIC Pavilion in Chicago which will serve as the lead in for the Erislandy Lara versus Delvin Rodriguez on Spike TV.

Beterbiev is currently 8-0 with every win coming by way of knockout. Beterbiev has been hoping to get a shot at former amateur foe, Sergey Kovalev, or lineal light heavyweight champion, Adonis Stevenson
