Welterweight contender Sammy “The Sergeant” Vasquez Jr. (21-0, 15 KOs) will make his second co-main event appearance on a Fox telecast as he faces Luis Collazo (36-7, 19 KOs) in the 10-round co-main event of Premier Boxing Champions on FOX & FOX Deportes in primetime on Saturday, July 16 from Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama.

Earlier this year, Vasquez defeated Aron Martinez on the undercard of Danny Garcia versus Robert Guerrero to start the year and has done his fair share of commentating for Fox telecast on Toe-To-Toe Tuesdays on FS1. V

The telecast for the July 16th card will start at 5PM PST/8PM EST with an extended broadcast after the main card on FS1 and FOX Deportes following the two hour time slot for the card.
