Manny Pacquiao was very unhappy on Sunday as he voiced his displeasure in a video interview with Rapler.com. Pacquiao, who wore a shoulder sling under a brown jacket claimed that the Nevada State Athletic Commission sabotaged him by not allowing him to take a commission approved injection for his right shoulder. Pacquiao continued by saying that he was only “60% for the fight” as well as Mayweather was tipped off about the shoulder injury prior to the fight.

Pacquiao ended the interview stating he wants a rematch when he is at full strength.
