On Wednesday, June 29, 2016, WWE will reincarnate a fan favorite WCW PPV, Bash at the Beach. The card will broadcast live from Honolulu, Hawaii. It is already shaping up to be a very entertaining show with the first three matches that have been confirmed. The first one features a former NXT Women’s Champion, and current WWE Women’s champion, Charlotte Flair vs. the current NXT Women’s Champion, Asuka. Another fan favorite match will pit Kevin Owens against the beast, Brock Lesnar. The Owens vs. Lesnar match is something fans were begging for during Wrestlemania season and it will finally come to fruition. The likely main event will be sure to be a match of the year candidate as Shinsuke Nakamura goes up against John Cena. Fans got a real treat last summer during Cena’s US Open Challenge and really got to see him showcase his skills. Nakamura put on a classic against Sami Zayn at NXT Takeover: Dallas and will be ready to take on Cena and steal the show again.
