Casey Ramos wins atop Top Rank card in Lancaster, CA

Rising Top Rank lightweight Casey “The Wizard” Ramos (22-0, 6 KOs) remained unbeaten with a fifth round TKO over Hardy Paredes (18-13, 11 KOs) on Saturday night at the Pioneer Event Center in Lancaster, California. Paredes was a warded a knockdown in round two when he cuffed Ramos around the neck and threw him down. The inadvertent foul turned knockdown seemed to turn something on in Ramos who stepped on the gas and stopped his foe in the fifth round.

Super middleweight Ulises Sierra (10-0-2, 6 KOs) stopped Jose Hernandez (12-2-1, 4 KOs) in less then 30 seconds of the first round.

Welterweight Arnold Barboza Jr (13-0, 4 KOs) cruised past Jon David Charles (9-8, 1 KO) with a sixth round decision. All three judges saw the bout 60-54.

Welterweight Egidijus Kavaliauskas (14-0, 12 KOs) picked up another stopping win with a third round KO over Jeremy Bryant (17-7, 7 KOs).

The card started with super lightweight Maxim Dadashev getting a fourth round TKO over Jason Gavino.
