Well it appears we have until September 8th until the bad news of Jermall Charlo defending his IBF junior middleweight title against Julian Williams is all for not as Charlo tweeted earlier today in a tweet that was later deleted, “CharloWilliams is worth millions.”

This is a very bad sign since this was a step-up for both fighters and one of the most exciting bouts in the near future. The problem with boxing right now is that we as fans are not getting the best match-ups and this appears to be another fight that trends in that direction.

If the fight doesn’t happen, Julian Williams will fight Tony Harrison for the vacant IBF junior middleweight title.
