Adam Lopez (16-1-2 8KOs) and Glen Dezurn (9-0-1 6KOs) battle to a split draw in a closely contested bout. The bout started oddly as the referee intervened early and often warning Lopez twice for low blows for shots on the beltline. Dezurn was more active and in the third round started to box on the outside, a dimension he had shown previously. The fight seemingly was lost when Dezurn faded in the second half of the eight round fight, but Dezurn dug deep and won the final round of the fight seemingly edging the fight a draw.
The judges scored the bout 77-75 for Lopez, 75-77 for Dezurn and 76-76 making it a draw.
