Toscano Boxing Promotions returns August 3rd in Stockton, Ca

Toscano Boxing Promotions will return for their third boxing show on Saturday, August 3rd at the Stockton Civic Auditorium headlined by Jose Iniguez in an eight-round bout against Federico Jesus Benjamin Malespina.

Iniguez won his first three fights in the wrong corner against pro debuters. Iniguez would get a six-round decision over veteran Jesus Sandoval of Redwood City, Ca, in only his fourth fight before signing with Toscano Promotions and getting treated as an a-side.

The co-main event will see light heavyweight Marco Delgado of Turlock, Ca coming off his split decision loss in May against Mike Guy, looking to bounce back against Jorge Escalante, who will be fighting at the lowest weight of his career in two years.

Super featherweight Manuel Jaimes of Stockton, Ca will be featured on the card as the Stockton PYA prospect, who trains with Steve Salas, will look to keep forward momentum on his career.

Super featherweight Giovannie Gonzalez of Stockton, Ca, who trains with Marco Arroyo, will face veteran tough guy Guadalupe Arroyo in a six-round fight.

Light heavyweight Nathan Davis Sharp will look to make a statement against Jerhed Fenderson, the man who got a technical knockout win over Quilisto “Kilo the Kid” Madera in the first Toscano Boxing show.

Bantamweight Vincent Avina of Manteca, Ca, will face Erick Ayala in a four-round bout and Avina’s first fight in the United States.

Welterweight Emmanuel Fernandez will make his pro debut against Phillip Percy in a four-round bout and in possibly the best bout of the evening Jesus Ibarra will face Stockton local Brandon “Dino” Adams in a four-round fight.
