Anthony Saldana, as well as his wife Cynthia Saldana, have been a staple of the L.A. boxing community.

Saldana has spent countless hours helping fighters for very little if anything in return. That is the game though, that is what we’re in it for – to help these young fighters, be along for the ride, help guide viewers or those who like our content, through their time in the sport whether it is for one fighter, an era or a lifetime. That is the life of boxing writer.

Currently, Saldana’s whole family is in a Southern California hospital, battling COVID-19. The illness is not just waging wars on their bodies, and their mental well-being, but also their pocket books.

The whole family has been brought down by this awful thing that has plagued this country this year during a surge that seems stronger than ever.

So what am I getting at? I painted the picture, so what is next?

Well – now here is what I am requested in article – if you can donate anything to the family for his children, grandchildren, or even the family themselves, it would be much needed. We all are struggling, and most people don’t have anything to give currently, but whether it is a kind post, a shirt, a toy you can buy, anything – any small gesture matters at this time, because the burden of health, as well as stability seems unfathomable, as it is burden on top of burden for them.
